We had a really comfortable experience. Our children and we thoroughly enjoyed being there. Booked a room with a queen bed. It was in a marvellous and awesome location just next door to the lovely historic center of Hot Springs, cafes and coffee bar, and other parks. A wide range of restaurants to eat close by, like Bourbon County that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

Great spot for families. The hotel is right by the river, which was amazing. It was super convenient to walk over to Bourbon County for some dinner 🍴.

The hotel has a clean pool which was enjoyable. the location is comfortable, close to restaurants, beautiful hot springs, a river walkway, historic area. the setting is beautiful.

The pool area is very clean. Central heating, television, and radio in the room. The exceptionally comfortable bed. Magnificent and lovely location, just minutes from the historic Pioneer Museum. I appreciated this place.

The location in the middle of Hot Springs was great. There were walking paths nearby.
The property needed some care and attention. The air conditioners had recently been replaced, but everything else was tired, old. and not maintained. We had to ask the manager to unlock the pool in the morning, he came out and skimmed it, but did not bother to pick up the used towels lying around or bring fresh towels. The breakfast was waffles, bagels with no cream cheese, a loaf of bread and a box of cereal.

The breakfast being included was a nice bonus. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The location was great for exploring Evans Plunge Mineral Springs Water Park and other nearby attractions.

The hotel was really close to restaurants, shops, the dinosaur museum, and downtown area. The queen room was spacious with central heating, television, and a radio. The private bathroom was nice.

They were friendly
When eating breakfast the power that the waffle iron was plugged into kept loosing connection in the extension cord so it would shut they would have to come turn it back on so my waffle was not completely done

The hotel has a great location near the dinosaur museum, cafes, restaurants, hot springs, and river walkway. Bourbon County, just minutes away, is a must-visit for delicious food.

Location is great.
WiFi was pretty minimal. New AC and the curtain had to be crunched up on the AC unit as it was not changed after the AC was put in.
